When Recording Intros and Tails are turned on, the “Intro,” “Outro,” and “Play Outro in Loop” options only appear in the clip details menu when they’ve actually been recorded. These options also reset any time the clip is cleared.

It would be great if we could either “Store” these settings for individual clips, or allow these variables to be toggled when available by a button, or as a follow action when recording has finished, or when playback is stopped.

This would be useful in a number of scenarios:

-A longer or louder tail could be recorded and automatically muted, so that it only comes through when playback is stoped.

-A tail could be recorded and used to smooth out an existing loop, but won’t play when the loop stops.

-An intro could be recorded, but only played sometimes, rather than every time.

-An outro could be recorded and only toggled off so that it is only used when needed.
