The Perennial Progress Bar

Two lines:
One for the total (longest loop) playing
Another with subdivisions to keep any eye on mutually exclusive groups.
Animation in #templates on Discord:
Have integrated a form of this in a template but there is still the need for a bright visual so that a DJ can go buy a coffee or a guitarist can do a wireless walkabout ... the addition of the bright pulsing perennial donut maybe.

Great stuff! Some additions from my side:
- Allow decoupling from loops. My use-case is a general performance timer. Especially in electronic music, keeping an eye on certain measures like 8 bars can be important for maintaining a flow. Keeping up with this can be difficult at times when I have to divert my attention a bit to tweak a synth, program a sequence, explain the random guy from the audience that there's no such thing as track wishes on a live set etc.
- Additionally, there should be a simple way to reset the timer. It happens that the actual musical flow of the performance is different to the master measure.
- A meaningful visual feedback for that bar/timer would be helpful as well. Ie. simple static marks for quarters and eights of the given measure and special behaviour (eg. it changes color) when the last division is running.

Davy This is good. The integration of quarter and eighth marks with audiovisualer type functions (pulses, colour changes) projected on to the concert display would give an audience a grounded focus too. Letting the adoring public know something is about to happen in 8 bars is a great way to get their cameras ready to share LP on social media ...
