Improve editing functionality in the clip detail view (and all similar waveform-based views) by enabling manual input for time/position values via long-press or action-triggered dialogs.

Currently, users can adjust clip positions and ranges visually by dragging, but precise manual entry of beats, bars, or seconds is not possible. This makes it harder to fine-tune loop boundaries or match clip timings with exact precision, especially for long recordings or when syncing to other clips.
