After dragging the Ruler/Loop selector (on top of horisontal view) to the part you want to use from a take, Loopy lets you be able to Crop that.

-It Deletes all other midi notes

-Moves the selected part, Including empty space/notes, to the start of the loop

SELECTABLE CROPPING OPTIONS:

Either:

-Sets/resets clip length to what you crop

Or:

-Resets clip length to the set beat lenght (If you crop 7/8 of a clip it inserts 1/8 of emty clip with selectable crossfade length

Cropping is usefull if you record a longer clips for jamming and want to keep a selected part for editing, or later want to Re-Take it
