Former Android grrrl here. It worked as phone but not for any real-time audio at all.

It cant happen unless android fix their latency and compatibility issues. Android doesnt care about audio stuff unfortunately.
The closest thing we can and do have is a standard looper app with basic effects.
Another crippling issue is the huge lack of auv support or any alternative to that.
