Introduce a setting for the "Adjust Tempo/Nudge Value" action that prevents automatic rounding of values.

Currently, Loopy Pro rounds tempo and nudge values in certain contexts, which makes it difficult to apply precise tempo shifts or micro-adjustments, especially when fine control is required.

– Add a “Do Not Round” toggle to the action configuration

– Allow precise decimal tempo and nudge changes (e.g. ±0.03 BPM)

– Optional: choose rounding resolution (e.g. 0.1, 0.01, none)

– Apply to all relevant contexts where nudging or tempo control is used via actions

– Enables precise tempo and timing adjustments

– Useful for syncing with external gear or correcting drift

– Improves accuracy for advanced setups and critical timing scenarios
