CURRENT STATE - no action that lets you record at the session level. To record at the session level you have to manually press the circle record button in the top right of the screen (as of 10/18/24). This brings up a Session Recording dialog.

FEATURE REQUEST - allow an action to start recording at the session level; this action would assume whatever settings are already "set" or "selected" in the Session Recording dialog, is what would happen.

There are some related or somewhat related feature requests.... (search on Action > Session Action > Toggle between Recording Setting)... but PLEASE - LP needs an action to start recording at the sessions WITHOUT the user having to adjust settings or click anything else.
