Shift Clip and project offsets back and forth: Make timeline/cycle two-finger-turn more accurate via MIDI controllable buttons and actions – all while live performing
planned

You already can move the clip "timelime" start via turning two fingers on this clip in 360°. That's super cool! Thank you for this. Personally I think this is not a super precise clip timeline control. It would be good to have added in the clip window:
buttons for moving the timeline start back and forth (manual)
- super accurate plus / minus for very tiny steps (1ms, 5ms, 10ms steps)
- somewhat coarser grid plus / minus buttons (1ms, 5ms, 10ms, 50ms or 100ms and above steps)
buttons for moving the timeline start back and forth (automatically synced)
- moving forth the clip cycle: eighth / quarter / half / three quarters etc.
- moving back the clip cycle: eighth / quarter / half / three quarters etc.
- moving forth the clip cycle: 1/4, 1/4, 1/4*, 1/2, 1/3 etc.
- moving back the clip cycle: 1/4, 1/4, 1/4*, 1/2, 1/3 etc.
snap back to default (original recorded timeline start)
- immediately button
- when next cycle starts button (currently playing cycle will be still in offset)
All these buttons above you can also control with your MIDI controller. All these functions above you can have as actions.
It would be super cool to have the possibility to move back or forth a specific clip to make the whole song more rhythmic with using very accurate offsets with full control via MIDI.
No other live looper can do this on the fly!

Yes please! It would also be extremely useful to adjust the offset by micro amounts to take account of any latency in the recordings.

Please allow this for...
- the full clip
- each overdub layer individually
...via MIDI assignable actions.

Also, a single trigger to reset phase to current position (perhaps with quantization)

I want to move clips back and forth; and trim clips; all while playing live.

Please allow on-the-fly operations.

vaginism: I second that.

I would like to have this feature for Groups as well.

Loop Offset Improvements
ultracello
The ability to twist / offset a loop is powerful but could use a few improvements to make it more convenient and more musically useful. Specifically:
1> It should be possible for the user to set a quantisation factor (free, 1-n beats, 1-n bars) for the twist. This would allow the audio equivalent of the type of 'track rotation' from drum machines.
2> it should be posisble for the user to 'revert' the rotation of a loop with a simple gesture. While this can be accomplished via 'undo' if there are no intervening actions...when are there no intervening actions? Being unable to revert to the original loop start point is a major disincentive to the use of twist/offset.
3> it should be possible to bind both the offset action and the revert action to a MIDI controller. this would make it more usable in a live context. For midi controllers with light-enabled encoders (e.g. midi fighter twister) the lighting scheme might supply visual feedback on the amount of offset, which could be helpful in some contexts with similar/repeating material e.g. drums
