Currently when the clip is paused (via disabling "reset playhead on stop") and pushing main pause button, the playhead location indicator disappears in both the donut and rectangular formats (until clip playback resumes). Would love it if the playhead locator remained in place while paused so you can still see where the playhead is.

Rationale - this feels nice in a general "seeing whats actually going on" sense, but would be especially useful when making adjustments to the playhead location while paused
