My current workaround gets pretty unwieldy pretty fast. I create a dummy page full of clips, then use them to trigger follow actions at specific times that are independent of other clips. But this means a whole track for each action during a song. It would be wonderful if there was a single track that let you move triggers around, or at least let triggers be activated by specific times.

Bonus: there could be more than one hit in parallel, or they could be combined and split apart easily.
